I'M GOSIA NAGY

For years I believed that pushing harder—at the gym, in my career, in life—was the path to health and success. Instead, my body broke down: migraines, chronic pain, and exhaustion became my daily reality. That struggle became my teacher.

I retrained as a life coach and health coach and immersed myself in holistic health, psychology, stress management and neuroscience. What I discovered is that true wellbeing isn’t about perfect diets or extremes—it’s about listening to your body, managing stress, and weaving small, sustainable habits into everyday life and being unapologetic about my needs.

Today I help others build health in a way that feels natural and achievable—nourishing body, mind, and soul while creating a lifestyle that actually supports who they are.
