25. Going through menopause with Kasia

In this episode Gosia is having an honest conversations with a female friend about going through menopause. It is probably one of many conversation that we would be having more often.

- wearing layers

- dressing a little cooler when you are going to a meeting that might be stressful

- keep cooling the body by drinking icy cold water

5. Importance of female friendships when you’re going through different stages of life, especially the ones that relate just to us women only

6. Be aware of your body and slow down

7. There is a sense of freedom to be looking forward to that the process of menopause creates 

8 Stop pleasing people and stop paying attention to the judgment of other people you’re perfect as you are.
