We all need our immunity to work well for us so we can get more out of life. In this episode Gosia summarises major factors influencing the quality of our immune system outside of DNA, but the ones we can influence and change to have optimal immunity and health. They include: food, physical exercise, sleep, rest , how we deal with stress but also how happy and how fulfilled and happy we are in out lives.
